Payments and digital content
Payments, coins, digital items, refunds, chargebacks and perk delivery are governed by separate shop payment terms available at /shop/terms.
Service availability
Services are provided based on current technical availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, game servers, external integrations, streams, Discord features or shop perks.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages of external services, third-party actions, data loss outside our control or damage caused by a user’s rule violation.
