Payment terms — Project Crossfire

1. Digital content

Coins, premium perks, Discord roles, in-game items, and other shop items are digital content usable only within Project-Crossfire.eu services. They are not bank currency, electronic money, or an investment product.

2. Coin top-ups

Coins are purchased as one-time payments through PayPal or card payments processed by PayPal. After a successful payment capture, coins are automatically added to the user account currency balance.

3. Using coins

Coins can be spent on items available in the coin shop. Availability, pricing, duration, and activation type may change according to the current offer.

4. Item activation

Premium items are activated by updating the account database. In-game items, RCON rewards, and Discord roles may require manual or automated delivery depending on server type and technical availability.

5. Non-refundable digital delivery

Purchased coins and digital items are considered delivered digital content after crediting or activation. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or approved individually by the operator.

6. Cancellation or limitation of service

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, limit, or remove any service, premium perk, Discord role, in-game item, or server access without compensation and without a refund, especially in cases of rule violations, abuse, chargebacks, fraud, technical issues, security risks, or discontinuation of a specific service.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes can be used only for coin top-ups unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discounts on coin-shop items are configured directly in the shop administration and cannot be redeemed with a code. Codes may have time limits, usage limits, or package restrictions.

8. Abuse prevention

Bypassing the payment system, exploiting bugs, creating fake payments, using third-party accounts, or requesting a chargeback after digital delivery is prohibited. Abuse may result in account blocking and removal of items.

9. Service availability

Services are provided based on current technical availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of servers, Discord integration, RCON delivery, or all perks. Maintenance, outages, and game server changes may affect purchased items.

10. Contact

If there is a payment or coin crediting issue, contact support with your username, approximate payment time, and PayPal transaction ID.
